Our medical team

We know that every menopause is different and varies from one patient to another. That is why we have a medical team and team of specialists with extensive experience in treating the symptoms of (peri)menopause. Our method is personalised and focuses on restoring the physical and emotional wellbeing of our patients, offering real solutions to the symptoms they experience. Medical consultations last one hour and take place in a professional, safe environment, where the doctor will carry out an initial assessment and diagnosis of the case. A medical report along with the corresponding prescriptions will then be issued within 24 hours of the consultation.

Sol Velasco – Nutritionist

Sol Velasco – Nutritionist

About nutritionist Sol Velasco

Sol Velasco is a clinical nutritionist specialising in women's hormonal, metabolic and digestive health. She works in private practice, supporting women in perimenopause and menopause who are experiencing changes in weight, digestion and general wellbeing.

During menopause, hormonal changes affect metabolism, promote the accumulation of fat — especially abdominal fat — and disrupt digestion. Her work therefore focuses on fat loss and weight management, taking into account factors such as inflammation, fluid retention and loss of muscle mass.

Digestive health is a key part of her work, addressing common symptoms such as bloating, constipation and food intolerances, which often prevent treatments from working.

Her support is entirely personalised, evidence-based and tailored to our patients, with the aim of improving quality of life, restoring metabolic balance and helping them feel comfortable in their bodies again.

Areas of specialisation

  • Menopause and weight loss
  • Digestive health
